I’ve worked at many different schools throughout my career, but none are quite like Ridgedale. The moment you walk through the doors, you feel welcomed and included. The staff here go above and beyond — not only for the students, but for each other. Like any community, we have our ups and downs, but what makes us special is the way we come together to support one another.
